- Calls after 3:00 PM should confirm office hours for same day pick-up.
- Arrangements can be made for after-hours pick-up
- Wet Pickups must be identified

- Please request a return date to assure prompt delivery
- Please specify on script if your case is to be returned in AM or PM

- Send case to our location to collect
- We pick-up the delivery charge
- We recommend 1 and a 1/2 days difference between recieving your case and your patient appointment
